JUVENILE LAW
The legal rights of Juveniles differ considerably from those of adults who are criminally charged. A juvenile crime is any criminal act that is committed by a person below the age of 18 years old. In Ohio, juvenile crimes are taken very seriously and in some instances the child can be bound over to adult court and prosecuted as an adult.

In a situation dealing with your child or loved one which could result in life-altering legal consequences, it is in your loved one’s best interest to have an experienced and knowledgeable attorney by your side.
